Problem: When engaging cruise control from a stop the tractor starts in the top gear for the selected speed instead of 1st gear.

Steps to reproduce
1) Gearbox set to automatic in game settings
2) Tractor is stopped and in neutral or 1st gear
3) Engage cruise 1

Expected result: Tractor accelerates in 1st gear and then shifts upwards to the appropriate gear

Actual result: Tractor selects appropriate gear for selected cruise speed and starts in that gear, causing sluggish acceleration under load
