I mean part of the reason why they failed as a company is clear: they don't understand several utterly basic concepts. I seriously hope they will not start another company and try to get someone else's money. Not these people.

I agree. If they have indeed stopped development with the game still in its current unfinished state they should make an official announcement and then pull it from steam. It has been clear for a long time that the project was possibly beyond their skill…
