As in the subject, the game crashes for no reason. Sometimes when logging in, sometimes after a few seconds of play.

Do you have a specific savegame which your are loading and which is crashing? Please zip and upload the "slot-x" folder to e.g. dropbiox, google drive, ...

Can you please provide your "Debug.log" file (after a crash). It contains your system specificatiosn, driver, ...
Do you use any mod and if so please try without these mods and if the mods are active within the savegame provide links to downloads so we can try to reproduce the issue with the mods. -

Anything specific you are doing or can remember?
Any AI Tasks?
Any employees whos contract quits?
Any Machines which Go Back to Trader?
Perhaps activate autosave every 5-10min and If it Crashs perhaps Provider Slot inclusive autosave folder which should bei relatively clear to to possible Crash.

I Had issues with overclocked RAM and Ryzen in the past too. Maybe a try to Run it one day with Default clock Speed and check If cattle and crops runs. -
Savegame zip file does not contain the neccessary files. There it at least one file missing, albergtal.sav.

Perhaps you did not save on slot-1 but on another slot. -
Disable your shadows once in the graphics settings. And then try it again.
