Thanks to your tremendous cooperation with our server test we were able to evaluate lots of feedback and got a good impression of what’s important to you. This helped us immensely in identifying and fixing several bugs. Thanks a lot for your assistance and support!

In our attached changelog you can see what we have changed, fixed and newly implemented in version 0.0.8.1. We welcome your future feedback and suggestions, on how we can make coming versions even better and more stable.

Changelog:

Launcher

BUG FIX: The problems with special characters in the passwords (especially “%”) have been fixed.
Note: reinstallation of the launcher is only required if there were problems with the password or login in the first version.

Game

NEW: We’ve added presets for low, medium, high and ultra settings in the graphics options.
NEW: For better road safety we’ve added a horn for the Arion!
NEW: In addition to “quit game” we’ve added an option to restart the map.
NEW: When changing the language in the options menu a popup indicates that a restart is necessary.
NEW: Info texts have been added to some of the more important settings in the options menu. We’ll add more help texts to the other menus in the future.
NEW: Stuck machinery can be reset to the edge of the field via the respawn button in the vehicle fleet menu.
NEW: Dust and particles are stirred up when cultivating.
NEW: Cultivators exhibit a drag force while in the ground, which will change based on implement size, work depth and speed. This will influence your driving experience, depending on your difficulty level.
BUG FIX: The cultivating mission can be completed with 100% more easily.
BUG FIX: Rain doesn’t cause the game to stutter when fast-forwarding anymore.
BUG FIX: Duplicate assets have been removed.
BUG FIX: The leak in the roof has been fixed: no more rain in the cowshed
BUG FIX: Hiring workers doesn’t crash the game anymore
BUG FIX: Camera collisions have been improved.
BUG FIX: User actions (on the right) can be dragged and dropped into the quickbar (at the bottom)
BUG FIX: Arion animations (right door, steering console, rear window)
BUG FIX: When you start a mission, the field is reset (it doesn’t remain cultivated).
BUG FIX: The mouse doesn’t jump to the center of the screen when in fullscreen mode.
BUG FIX: Wheel tracks are oriented in the correct direction.
CHANGE: The apply button has been removed from the options menu.
CHANGE: Fast-forwarding has been optimized, the speed has been adjusted.
CHANGE: Some trees have been relocated.
CHANGE: The engine sounds have been reworked.
CHANGE: The color of the Arion wheel rims has been adjusted to the official Claas colors.

Played it and YAY new thingies!!

. I'll leave my feedback here and if it needs to be moved do it or tell me

. Dirt particles flying up is cool and it looks good but on the road not. If you leave the field it needs to be there but i noticed its a constant

Finally the tire tread is the correct way YAY!! Hope the controller settings get changed because I use a G27 Logitech and throttle is reverse and vice versa. Physics are good, hope you guys can change the ''getting stuck'' physics. It's like when you're stuck YOU ARE stuck

. Would like to see that when you lift the implement and steer from left to right you can get unstuck or activate the diff locks

. I reinstalled the game but I can't log in still. Is this normal and known or am I missing something? Nice to see improvements, really happy with it. Keep up the good work MBB and community of course as well for the feedback. I'd like to think that we all made this game but the credits go to MBB because they build and implement everything

just map the throttle peddle to the brake function and the brake peddle to the throttle function.

@Lee01Mr Controller support is definitely something they are adding to the game. So you should get force feedback at some stage.

Didnt change anything on it, the game worked well. But after update grey screen. When i hit esc, i can see that menu. And when i choose restart map, for one msec i see that loading bar with vegetation pic. Im trying to update ATM, maybe it works.

EDIT: i remember i got some radeon errors last days, maybe thats the problem.

Update went really fast, i had an optional version which worked with 8.0 Now i installed the recommend version, still green screen.
Will try to install the newest version which is optional. Maybe that works

Did a complete re-install, much larger file to install this time. Didn't have time to start tutorial but did run around the map, on ultra settings, the game performance was tremendous on my machine. Launcher did crash after exiting, but I was able to restart within seconds.

I dare say if it has been like that since the first download you may have to re-download the installer.

Yes I uninstalled everything and started again, still missing bits in the launcher, no major deal still able to access the game which is looking good

Update is great. Many important things repaired, very well MBB. Great job.

But only thing for me is still low FPS on AMD graphic card. It's playable, but sometimes after some time in the game it crashes. Otherwise all goes great. I don't want to believe, that 3 GB GDDR is not enough.

There is my settings and FPS at added pictures, when looking horizontal, to the sky and to the ground.

i think go worse now, controls doesnt work fine, its needed reinstall all?, i cant go backward and when I go on asphalt it goes flying ashore, as if I were in a field. sorry for my bad english.

This is 0.0.8.1 and not 0.0.9. So this week we can see another update for the editor?

Edit: Any problem with launcher or the game, only low fps

my game keeps crashing at the loading map screen. it shows it loaded then crashes

The thread title says "Cattle and Crops Alpha Tech-Demo Patch v0.0.8.1" which takes the CattleAndCrops.exe to v0.0.8.1

My controller is not recognized. Its an Xbox One controller but works with any game an Xbox 360 uses, even games that came out before Xbox One came out. Only way to use it is to map out every single button. Duel button presses like LB+X for example are not possible. I do realize this is very early access. So far impressed with what does work and hope it shows how well things will work in the future.

According to the roadmap Steering wheel/Analogue controller support should come in with Early Access.

Hello i downloaded the alpha tech demo v0.0.0.8 by updating it to version 0.0.8.1
Why do not you press the ctrl and L key to activate the ic control on the tractor?

@variofen you have to go to controller settings and map the "Release Mouse" button to left ctrl.

did as mmmbetty said as far as deleting and reinstalling and such to having no luck. still gets to the loading map scene and watch the load bar shows its loaded then crashes

hillbillyboy_316 do you have latest graphic card drivers installed? If not, try to do it. It should help.

I also had this problem (game crashed during map loading). It changed after updating the drivers.
