frame-rate stutter at night with lights on

Hello,

At nighttime i get really bad framerate stutter, it gets even worse when you turn the headlights on, everyone else have this issue?

There is a lot of discussion about FPS, lag spikes etc in this thread. Although the discussion is based on the old version it may still be helpful.

i find its worse since this update.
