How do I cover the silo bunker?

Finished off the missions I had left, then rented a forage harvester and wagons to take off the 2 small remaining fields for the farm bunker to feed the cattle.
How do you cover the bunker? Or do you just wait?.....

For now you just use the silage right a way. As soon it’s in silo you can feed the bulls
