when i finish the first part of the season mission, and i return to the farm, the timelaps start and messages come into the box

i dont seem to be able to do get anywhere in season 1 mission. ive a fresh install and a new save. it tells me to go get the slurry spreader and fill it up. thats fine, then i get to the field shown on the map and it tells me to unfold and turn on. thats fine. then gives me a marker to move to and then i have to lower and then it does nothing. any ideas?

field textures seem fine. although there is tire marks through the middle of the field that i havent made lol
it just seems to be stuck on lower tool with V. and doesnt seem to get to a progress bar for the field state -
The AI likes drivning thrue the field some times
