I do not know how it looks in other people who watch it. I have a problem watching because every couple of seconds the connection is buffering. Do you have any other source of broadcasting? I have a good internet connection.

I belive the Stream is provided by Blender Foundation. The talk might get uploaded to youtube.com/user/BlenderFoundation soon if we're lucky.
