It has been reported earlier, the same issue is also in tractors. I'd say, it's just wrong Z-coordinate of worker's figure position.
It seems, devs will solve it later, because they concentrate for releasing EA, for now and there are more important things to finish.
All this stuff will be solved one by one, when the right time comes.
