Information regarding the corn chopping update (0.0.9.4)

Our main focus at the moment is on the combined basic mechanisms and processes of chopping and automated transport. We are working for instance on the AI and its turning maneuvers. These ensure that the employee drives behind the chopper when working the field. We basically want to prevent the employees from moving outside of the fields when working

The chopping update is expected to be released next week.

Is it so that if you miss with the "auger" (do not know what it's called on a forageharvester) that it will land on the ground?

I'm not sure but that might be a part of "move that mountain" which is scheduled for MS-4.

I have one question though. In the screens we can see that the trailer is filling using what looks like a static fillplane, but there is a small pillar looking pile where the pipe is aiming. My guess would be that the AI doesn't eyt know how to move it's spout/pipe over different parts of the trailer and that's why the rest of the trailer is filling up using a "static" fill plane

@Sirius 22 at a later date, I can't remember what they said but I do know that they will be focusing on English and German to begin with. Hopefully they will open up a community translation page somewhere so we can do it for them, but again it probably wont happen until after 1.0

Forgot to ask, will we be able to hire more than 1 employee in the corn chopping update? So we can have one driving the harvester, one driving a tractor trailer and drive a tractor trailer ourselves or having 2 AI on tractor trailer duty while we drive the harvester?

HI, can someone explain to me how ( in mission) you get AI to drive the tractor while im harvesting? ....

It's automatic. When you reach the edge of the field with Jaguar, unfold Orbis and start chopper, AI will start to go behind you. When in the cabwiev of Jaguar, you can call AI via right panel. It's thecicon with small wagon with marker. And also there are two preset icons in the bottom row (numbers 1 and 2). Those are pause and go for transport.

This is what i thought, however nothing happens for me for some reason. I do everything you have said but the tractor remains in its place with no AI driver? .... Thanks for the reply though!
